Spring 2012 sees this much-loved annual feast for the senses return to celebrate one of the greatest opera composers that ever lived, Giacomo Puccini. Everybody loves Puccini's captivating and romantic masterpieces. Join us we journey through all the favourites from La Boheme, Madame Butterfly, Tosca to Turandot, under the stars with a full orchestra set against the glorious vineyards.

To delight audiences the concert will feature the stunning voices of two sopranos and two tenors: Amelia Farrugia and Sharon Prero, regarded as two of the best sopranos in the country; together with the gifted Italian tenor Carlo Barricelli and the brilliant Aldo Di Toro, who have distinguished themselves as leading tenors on operatic stages throughout the world. Musical direction will be provided by the highly respected Julia de Plater and the evening will be hosted by a special guest Jean Kittson, one of Australia's most popular comedians.

Concertgoers can arrive early to indulge in a selection of fine foods and local wines. Later, the sun setting over the vines will be the cue to take their seats in a magnificent open-air amphitheatre for a sublime night of entertainment. Great wines, gourmet delights, spectacular views and the exhilaration of opera combine to create a special gala night of Puccini. Even the "opera-shy" will love this stunning event under the stars!
